Cameron Keir

Cameron is the senior risk manager for Engage. With more than 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation, claims management and occupational safety and health, he works closely with Engage clients to implement loss control and risk mitigation programs. He has held senior roles creating and directing safety initiatives for various organizations. Most recently, Cameron served as the director of employee safety for a large health care system where he successfully implemented an award-winning “zero accident culture."

Cameron earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology/Occupation Health from Central Connecticut State University and an M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from the University of New Haven. He is multi-certified in the areas of safety and risk.
