Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience in HR solutions and employee benefits. Most recently, she served as an employee benefits consultant for a major national insurance brokerage and consulting firm, where she worked closely with clients to develop customized benefits strategies and ensure compliance with changing regulations. Earlier in her career, she held senior sales roles with large national PEOs, where she earned top performance honors and built a track record of strong client relationships and consistent revenue growth.
