Shireen is an Assistant General Counsel and Human Resources Consultant for Engage. She works with clients in California and nationwide, providing guidance on a wide range of labor and employment issues.
A licensed attorney in California, Shireen has experience advising clients on many complex employee relations and workplace issues ranging from wage and hour compliance, leave of absence management and interactive process discussions, workplace discrimination and harassment, to drafting and revising compliant human resources policies and practices.
Prior to joining Engage, Shireen was the sole in-house counsel at a human resources outsourcing (HRO) organization and provided guidance to small and mid-sized employers across many industries.
Shireen received a B.A. In Political Economy from University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. From USC Gould School of Law.
